today i began a regimen to lose 8-10 pounds by the spring semester (february). one of my friends CC has a crazy diet/lifestyle, eating only one big meal (i call it a feast) per day and does martial arts for exercise? he is about the same size as i am, kind of depressing!
i put on a lot of weight since high school - not exactly all that "freshman 15" stuff but i have definitely gotten lazy... i used to be very active and really healthy.
trying to clean up my act and lifestyle...
- eat smaller meals/portions, eat more often and on time
- cut down on coffee, and if drinking coffee, no whipped cream/heavy creams and less sugar
- exploring the world of tea instead!
- try to sleep regularly, which means less procrastinating
- no more candy!
- try not to eat too late
- clean out my closet of clothes i don't need or wear
- for exercise, learn kpop dances with GM
- skincare!! i have been slacking
- retainer... i have been majorly slacking
- drawing, i haven't finished my commission from four months ago
- and i should build my portfolio
so many things to do, so little time! there are less than 5 weeks left in the semester??
